Q: Will I be dealing with a big company or call centre?
A: Not at all. We’re a family-run, local business, and when you contact us, you speak directly to a real person – not a call centre.
Q: Do you offer service plans or regular maintenance for landlords or commercial properties?
A: Yes – we work with many letting agents, landlords, and facilities managers on scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs. Contact us to discuss a custom service package.
Q: Do you offer emergency repair services?
A: Yes, we offer emergency repair services. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an urgent repair need.
Q: Can you repair or replace faulty door locks?
A: Absolutely. We repair or replace multi-point locking systems, cylinders, espag gearboxes, and install manual digital locks or RADAR/DDA compliant systems.
Q: Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes, all of our technicians are licensed and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
Q: How soon can you attend?
A: We aim to attend most jobs within 24–72 hours, depending on urgency and location. For emergency security repairs, we’ll always prioritise a fast response.
